Position Summary
The Job Manager position at Impact Plaster & Masonry, LLC, Impact Masonry, Inc. is a key role responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish. as a Job Manager, you will ensure the successful execution of projects by managing resources, schedules, budgets, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resources allocation.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Review and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications to guide project execution and ensure adherence to design intent.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to optimize project costs
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing progress updates, addressing concerns, and maintaining positive working relationships.
- Lead and motivate projects teams, including site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient collaboration and high-quality workmanship.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction progress, identify quality issues, and enforce safety protocols.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, including costs analysis, progress updates and recommendations for improvement.
